Amplify Corrective Feedback: When lifting a dead-weight (i.e dumbbell single leg deadlift), it’s easy to move through incorrect movement patterns and lifting errors without noticing them. However, when performing the exact same exercise with a live-weight such as an Aqua bag. If an error is made, the water quickly rushes to that side highlighting the error and amplifying the corrective feedback.
Improve Joint Stability: Dynamic Responsive Training improves your body’s ability to adapt to unexpected, unpredictable and rapid changes in resistance because the water flows quickly and freely inside the bags, thus creating unstable dynamic resistance. This dynamic resistance forces the joints surrounding tissues and neuromuscular system to actively work in unison to maintain or control joint movement and position.
Micro Loading: Increasing resistance is fundamental for strength development. But, an optimal resistance progression system is nearly always overlooked in strength training programs. This is a major reason why so many people will hit a plateau in their strength gains. Aqua bags are the ideal micro loading strength training tool, just add a little water to the bag after each workout to increase the resistance.
Superior Core Activation: Instability Resistance Training develops full-body stability from the floor up, scientific studies show that this form of training requires greater core activation than regular strength training. Using the unpredictable, dynamic properties of water your trunk must engage in all Aqua bag exercises that are performed in the standing position.
Unilateral Training: The design of the Aqua bags lend themselves perfectly to unilateral training. Unilateral training helps correct muscle imbalances by incorporating single-arm or single-leg movements that challenge both sides of the body equally. These unilateral exercises are excellent for developing athletic performance that require explosive movements such as; jumping, sprinting, turning, throwing and striking.
Multi-Planar Movement: Most strength training programs focus on linear movements in the sagittal plane. But, in everyday life we move three dimensionally in all three planes; 1) sagittal plane 2) frontal plane 3) transverse plane. Therefore, to develop real world functional strength we must train three dimensionally to achieve a balanced program that will improve a person’s ability to cope with the demands of their everyday life.

You will gain access to the online e-Learning platform within 12-hours of enrolment. The course material can be accessed on phone, tablet and desktop.
Inside Dynamic Responsive Training is 153 minutes of video content, once you have watched all of the videos inside, submit your assessments to our assessors.
There are two assessments.
1) Theory: For the theory you will be asked to answer a selection of multiple choice questions.
2) Practical: For the practical you will be required to submit videos with you teaching or demonstrating various Aqua bag exercises with proficient technique.
You’ll need to achieve as 80% pass for your theory and an 80% pass for your practicals.
You will have unlimited opportunity to resubmit your assessments, our expert team of coaches will teach and guide you until you do pass.
