The Fast Track Personal Training Course gives you the qualifications needed to begin your career as a personal trainer and is ideal for those looking to work as a 1-1 personal trainer, but not group fitness.
The course includes 9 key modules from the Certificate 3 In Fitness (SIS30315) qualification and all of the Certificate 4 In Fitness (SIS40215).
This qualification will equip you with the tools required to develop personalised training programs that are specifically suited for each client's needs.
Further to the Certificate 4, you’ll also receive our Level 1 Kettlebell Course and Power Bags Course.

Study Pathway
Once you have completed the SIS40215 Certificate 4 in Fitness you could further your knowledge by enrolling in our short courses or International Functional Strength Coach Certification. Our functional courses include everything from Kettlebells level 1 and 2, Steel mace, Powerbags, Steel Clubs, Bulgarian bags, Battle Ropes and much more. You will have the skills to confidently train clients with a plethora of functional training tools that will keep your clients engaged, motivated and coming back for more.
Career Pathway
The SIS40215 Certificate 4 in Fitness gives you the skills and knowledge to be competent in a wide range of activities and roles within the fitness industry including; working independently in a variety of settings such as in gyms, fitness centres, pools, outdoor parks, beaches, community facilities and online.
Students that achieve this level of competency can train one-on-one clients which may include children and the elderly.
You’ll have the tools to plan, conduct and evaluate fitness programs, and offer leadership and guidance to personal training clients and other staff members.
