The Gym

We operate from two state of the art gym campuses in Spain. Our residential campus is located in the Denia Sports Village training complex on the Costa Blanca; and we have a non-residential campus at Centro Deportivo Las Mesas, serving the Costa Del Sol and Gibraltar.

In Malta, our campus is centrally located for residents of Malta & Gozo in the modern and spacious 24/7 Fitness gym at San Gwann.

All gyms are equipped with top quality cardio machines and resistance training equipment, spacious aerobic studio, TRX training studios, and classroom facilities.

The year round warm Spanish and Maltese Mediterranean climates also gives us the opportunity to train outdoors with kettlebell, bootcamp and TRX workouts … just a few minutes walk from the training complexes.

The Apartments

The luxury apartments at our Dénia residential campus are located within a few minutes walk of the campus, the town centre, the famous Loreto tapas district and only 350 metres away from the Beach.

All our apartments have central heating, air conditioning, WIFI, parking and are fully equipped for self catering.

After a full day of study and practical learning relax and unwind by the swimming pool sipping a cool beverage and enjoy the warm Spanish sunshine.

The Dangerously Fit Academy is located in Denia on the Costa Blanca and in Estepona (Marbella) on the Costa Del Sol – Spain.

Denia is located an equal distance between Spain's third largest city Valencia, and Spain's fourth largest city Alicante.

The old traditional port town is in close proximity to the bustling tourist locations of Benidorm, Calpe, Xavia, Gandia and a quick two hour hovercraft ride to Ibiza… so you have plenty of fun and interesting places to visit during your downtime and on weekends.
